Artesanos de Asturias

You are welcome to the “Artesanos de Asturias” Network.
This idea stems from the need of the crafts sector, to which I belong, to manage individally, easily and economically a real and dynamic presence on the Internet. Also integrating e-commerce (electronic commerce, shopping cart, etc.) and multilingual platforms.
A craftsman/woman wants to finish his/her piece, take it a few good photos and place them in his/her online store without having to wait long days for the site administrator to make the changes. If a craftsman/woman arrives home from a fair and some unique pieces have been sold he/she will and must remove them from his/her shop or gallery or at least say they are not available. And much more as we will discover.
All thanks to the WordPress community and its huge presence online, why not say, the Arkemia’s effort.
We assume that this site is a network of craftsman/woman (although it could be used for any group or association) who belong to an association. This association registers a domain and rents a host (web site) to get web presence and share the space so that each partner can have their own domain name of the form “artesanosdeasturias/name-of-workshop /”.
Space and resources are shared equitably and we recommend the use of external resources such as YouTube and Picasa as storage for multimedia (video and images).
We have prepared a domain http://www.artesanosdeasturias.es/demo/ for registered users to practice using this application by following the tutorials available in this site or in the internet. Register and you will get the user name and password to get to the admin panel in an email.
Visit the Demo following the link above or in the sidebar on Domains -> Site Demo. Now the demo web opens in a new tab or window, on the sidebar below click on “Log in” login with the username and password you got in the email and this will get you to the admin panel of what could be your domain.
